Four Elkhorn Valley Junior High students auditioned and were selected to the Class C All State Band which was held today Kearney, NE. Reece Black, McKenzie Lewis, Skye Nelson and Andrew Schutt rehearsed all day and ended with a concert under the direction of Carrie Jensen.
If you don’t have anything to do Sunday, take a drive to Mount Marty in Yankton to watch JJ Black and Kellyn Ollendick represent EV and Nebraska in the Battle of the Borders All-Star Game.

The 2024-2025 High School Basketball season has come to an end. Amber Wilcox, Vice President & Manager of Cornerstone Bank, Tilden presented a check for $408.00 to Elkhorn Valley Schools for 3 pointers made by the Boys and Girls during Home Varsity Basketball Games. Accepting the check for their combined accomplishments were the seniors.

Elkhorn Valley High Show Choir received Superior Ratings from all 3 judges at the Northeast Jazz Festival on Monday. They earned a 4th place trophy! Great job High School Show Choir!!!

Tomorrow is the Day!! All Juniors are required to take the State ACT Test on March 25th! The start time is 7:45 sharp and juniors will be able to leave once all testing is done around 1:15.

The Elkhorn Valley Education Association has a scholarship available for individual(s) who have graduated from Elkhorn Valley Schools. The criteria to be met for this scholarship include: (1) you must be a graduate of Elkhorn Valley Schools, (2) you must be majoring in education, and (3) you must be of senior status in college and graduating in May 2025 (or graduated in December 2024).
