-Vertical (portrait) orientation
-Head & shoulders only
-No hands on the face, shoulders must be covered
Senior Slideshow Photo:
-Horizontal (landscape) orientation preferred
Slideshow Baby Photo:
-Any baby photo (0–2 years old)
Slideshow Kid Photo:
-Any photo from ages 3–12
Photo Guidelines:
-All photos must be school-appropriate and approved by EV Administration.
-Photos must feature only the student (no siblings or other family members).
-Must be fully clothed, no weapons, no dead animals, and no clothing with suggestive or double-meaning text.
Submitting Photos:
Email digital photos to mrs.parks@elkhornvalleyschools.org.
Professional photographers can email photos directly.
Screenshots of professional photos are not acceptable.
Non-digital baby/childhood photos can be scanned—bring them in an envelope labeled with your name, and they will be returned.

This year, the EV Yearbook is offering Senior Baby Ads for parents to purchase. There are two options:
¼ Page Advertisement – $30
Includes 1–3 pictures
Up to 50 words
⅛ Page Advertisement – $15
Includes 1–2 pictures
Up to 25 words
A letter will be mailed home to Seniors and also provided to each Senior.
