Just a reminder that all Middle School & High School students planning on participating in any activity during the 2026-2027 school year will need to have the Student Handbook electronically signed by both the student and the parent prior to the start of practices. The Student Handbook is located on the Permissions/Agreement ecollect form . Students will not be able to practice until the Student Handbook is signed.

All parents of EVS students are reminded that when you are completing your child's Ecollect forms, be sure to update your address, telephone number (work or home) as well as any emergency contacts if you've made any changes since last school year. Each school year there are just a couple of Ecollect forms that are REQUIRED to be updated so it is easy to forget to update the forms that have CONTACT information. This is information that is necessary for EVS to have so that addresses and contact numbers are most up to date. Thank you!! Please be sure to have your Ecollect forms on PowerSchool updated before the first day of school.

The school gyms - both the 1987 gym and the new gym - are currently closed and off limits due to refinishing of the floors. The reopening date is TBD.

Here is a sneak peek of your 2026-2027 Falcon Basketball team. (minus a few) A lot was thrown at these guys in a short amount of time and they are handling it like pros. Great group of guys!! #faithfamilyteam

Last summer camp for our lone senior, Cameron. Went 3-1 at Leigh. There is a lot to look forward to with this team. They’re going to be fun!

Reminder: Jr Falcon VB Camp is next week, June 29-July 1. Please use the East door. Times are as follows: 5th-8th grade: 10:30am-12:30pm 3rd-4th grade: 1-2:30pm 1st-2nd grade: 2:30-3:30pm

Another week of top notch competition. Today was Central City & Aurora with both the JV & Varsity going 2-0 against the stout squads. Only one missing from the pictures was Willow who got some good homemade sloppy joes instead of our DQ stop. #BirdsOfAfeather #EVfalcons

Reminder that summer school starts tomorrow for those who have signed up!! Please enter through the main entrance doors on the west side. You do not need to arrive earlier than your assigned time.

Reminder that basketball camp is Monday and Tuesday this week. Grades 1-2 is from 8-9 AM Grades 3-5 is from 11:15 AM - 12:45 PM Grades 6-8 is from 1:00-2:30 PM East doors will be open for drop off & pick up.

Today was a good day! Varsity went 0-3, but was highly competitive against the best C1 teams in the state in Lincoln Christian, Gothenburg, & Milford. JV played the same teams and went 2-1, with their only loss in sudden death OT. Yogurtini wasn't bad either! #EVfalcons

Day 2 at Cross County was varsity action with our Elkhorn Valley girls going 3-0 with wins over Boone Central, Weeping Water, & Johnson-Brock. Great start to the summer deserves top notch ice cream! #EVfalcons

These girls played hard & grew a lot against tough competition at Cross County today. They finished 2-1, with wins over Pender & Centennial, and a close loss to Thayer Central. #EVfalcons

Youth camp forms for basketball camp at Elkhorn Valley need to be turned in by 3:30 tomorrow, June 3rd, to ensure that you'll get a camp t-shirt. You can still get extra forms at the school office.
