Dental services may include an oral health screening, screening and fluoride varnish, and dental sealants if necessary. Forms have previously been sent home with Preschool through 8th grade students. If you have not turned in a form for your child and would like for them to participate, forms may still may be brought to school on Wednesday.
Additional forms are also available at school if needed.
