There will be NO SCHOOL for Preschool - 6th grades on October 25 as the elementary teachers will be at a Professional Development activity. There will be school for 7th - 12th graders on the 25th.
Just a reminder that State football apparel order forms are due by 11:59 AM today!!
Freshmen Health/PE students learned how to apply a tourniquet and "Stop the Bleed". Several Bleeding Control kits are located throughout the school. Each kit has the material to help compress, and stop excess bleeding, including tourniquets.
Order forms for State XC are being sent home with PS-6 grades today. Forms can be picked up from the EVS office and are due back to school no later than 9:00 AM on Friday, 10/13.
Congrats to nine Elkhorn Valley students for being selected and performing at Hawkfest Honor Band/Choir at Northeast Community College. Emma Qualset, Ashlynn Dexter, Adam Dexter, Merinee Vaughn, Jacob Lind, Irelyn Bearinger, Delilah Qualset, Layce Brandt and Paizlynn Glenn.

Elkhorn Valley Marching Band Competes at 81st Harvest of Harmony Parade
On Saturday, October 7, 45 Elkhorn Valley band students traveled to Grand Island, NE to compete in the Harvest of Harmony parade. 78 Bands from around Nebraska Class A-D competed in the parade.
The D-3 Cross Country Meet has been moved to Wednesday, October 11, and starts at 2:00. The girls will start at 2:00 p.m., followed by the boys.
