The Smile in Style dental health program will be offering dental services at Elkhorn Valley on Wednesday, April 17th beginning at 8:00 am. Children ages birth-8th grade are invited to participate. Services offered include: oral health screenings fluoride varnish, and dental sealants. Donations are appreciated, but not required.
If you would like for your child to participate in this opportunity and have not yet registered them, forms will still be available at school in the morning.
You may also register your child online on the Elkhorn Logan Valley Health Department website.
