Anatomy students undergo cold water "shock therapy" to validate if warming up prior to competition actually helps improve performance.
The ELKS Hoop Shoot permission forms have been given to students. This is a free-throw shoot for ages 8-14. Please refer to the form for more information. The forms are due back to classroom teachers by Tuesday, November 26. PE teachers will conduct the Hoop Shoot in class over the next few weeks.
