AMH in Tilden will be hosting special days for physicals to be done on May 15th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm with Amanda Wolff APRN, and on May 16 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Dr. Kelli Osborn for the 2024-2025 school year. Incoming Kindergarten and 7th grade students as well as those who are in the 8th through 12th grades and are needing a physical for sports are welcome to get their physicals done at this time.
The AMH clinic requests that you call for an appointment for one of the days and also that the student brings a completed pre-participation physical form and a copy of their insurance card with them to their appointment.
Track and Field Day did not end the way we wanted it to, indoors. Nonetheless, we had great helpers, awesome attitudes and we ended the day with popsicles!! Thanks to everyone that helps us put this event on for the Future Falcons!!
