
Great day with the High School Jazz Band and Show Choir!! Three performances- Elkhorn Valley, Norfolk Learning Center and Madison Elementary! Wonderful music and fun performances. All are invited to the Homeshow tomorrow night- April 25 at 7 PM in the 1987 Gym.



Elementary 5th and 6th Grade Band students will be attending the Neligh Honor Band on Saturday!! Bus departs at 8:45. Good Luck Musicians!!


How do you make a Classic medal a little sweeter? Just set a school record in the process! Mazzy Kuchar destroyed the 3200m record with a time of 12:33.69!


And another 2 medals from Cameron Rutjens and Skyler Tegeler in the 800m! What!



Waylon Warneke placed 3rd in the 800m with a great time of 2:03.82! It's another EV medal!


Dawson Hansen just took 3rd in the 400m. His time of 51.87 is one of the best 400 times ever by a Falcon.


Nate Decker took 2nd place at the Classic. 21'1" was a great mark against great competition today.

Elkhorn Valley High School Musicians Compete at District Music Contest
On Friday, April 19, the Elkhorn Valley band and choir students competed at District Music Contest held in Osmond. Several vocal and instrumental solos and small groups, along with the Concert Band, Concert Choir, Jazz Band and Show Choir performed for judges and earned a rating from I-IV with I being the best rating. The following musicians earned a rating of a I: Emma Qualset (Bass Clarinet Solo), Logan Black and Kalvin Mollhoff (Drum Duet), Isaac Eckert and Isaiah Eckert (Drum Duet), Layce Brandt, Caydence Liester, Allie Bromley and Katie Warneke (Flute Quartet), Merinee Vaughn (Trumpet Solo), Merinee Vaughn, Ashlynn Dexter, Adam Dexter and Landon Rutjens (Trumpet Quartet), Merinee Vaughn (Vocal Solo), Irelyn Bearinger (Vocal Solo), Layce Brandt (Vocal Solo), Layce Brandt and Makenzi Mutum (Vocal Duet), Delilah Qualset (Vocal Solo), Paizlynn Glenn (Vocal Solo).
