Home seating East bleachers Home crowd will enter and exit using the Main entrance on the East side of the complex or the Northeast entrance. Masks are encouraged Home fans are encouraged to sit in family groups while adhering to social distancing recommendations as set forth by the Department of Health. Standing room section is available on the North and South end of the bleachers bordering the track. Visitor seating West bleachers Visitor crowd will enter and exit using front Main entrance on the East side Masks are strongly encouraged Visiting Fans are encouraged to sit in family groups while adhering to social distancing recommendations as set forth by the Department of Health. Standing Room section is available along the cable bordering the track Team Bench and Game Requirements Teams sideline will be extended from 10-yard line to 10-yard line to allow social distancing for players, coaches box rules still apply All sideline personnel (players, managers, trainers and coaches) are required to wear a mask when not participating in competition on the playing field. Visiting coaches box is available in the North room of the pressbox. Video filming will be allowed from the same space. Water fill station is located on the East side of the Pressbox Disinfectant wiping of game balls and switching in a new game ball will be done whenever possible. The visiting team is responsible for disinfecting their balls. Pre-match and post-match handshakes are prohibited. Student Sections Only students from LCC or the opponent school may sit in their designated student sections. Students seated in the student section are encouraged to wear a mask. The visiting school must provide supervision of their student section and ensure students follow facility protocol. Additional Guidelines Visiting teams using LCC Locker rooms are required to wear masks upon entering LCC facilities and remain masked when not competing or warming-up. All bench personnel are required to wear a mask, including coaches, players not in the game, student managers, statisticians, and filmers. The following are the protocols sent to us: Fans will have their temperature checked before entering the gym. If it's above 100.4 degrees, you will not be able to enter. We will ask everyone that comes for their name and a number or email so they can be contacted if necessary. This information will be kept confidential and only shared with the health department if necessary. Masks are recommended, but not mandatory.

Guidelines and information for Thursday's Varsity volleyball games in Wausa: Wausa – Winside – Elkhorn Valley Triangular Thursday, September 3rd 2020 Game Schedule: Game 1: 5:30pm Wausa vs. Elkhorn Valley Game 2: 6:45pm Elkhorn Valley vs. Winside Game 3: Immediately following game 2: Wausa vs. Winside We will not start game #2 earlier than 6:45. Locker Rooms: Assigned upon arrival Matches: Best of 3 to 25. If a 3rd set is required, we will play to 25 per NSAA rules. Wausa Public Schools Covid 19 Activities Protocol. Attendance: Limited to 75% capacity of our Gymnasium Post game congregations will not be allowed. Parents and fans will be asked to leave immediately following the game/event. Masks: Masks will be required upon entrance into our gym. Players and coaches must wear masks until they get to their locker rooms Players and coaches are not required to wear masks but is recommended for non-players and coaches. Social Distancing: Social Distancing Protocol of 6’ is recommended for all family groups while in the bleachers. Masks will be required in the lobby at the concession stand and maintain the 6’ social distancing as much as possible in that area. Masks may be removed to have concessions once you have returned to the gym. After you have consumed your concessions the mask must be worn. Water coolers and trash cans will be placed at the ends of both benches. There will be a cup dispenser on the water coolers.

Guidelines for tomorrow's volleyball games in O'Neill: O’Neill Public Schools Activities The NSAA has released their fall sports guidelines for 2020. We understand the circumstances related to COVID 19 are constantly changing and will vary from community to community. The safety and well-being of the participants, spectators, officials is and always will be the primary consideration as we provide opportunities to participate in extra-curricular activities at O’Neill High School. General Policies • Implement effective cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched objects and surfaces. • There will be designated spots for filling team water bottles, but we are encouraging teams to bring their own water. Water fountains will NOT be available. There are water filling stations at the gyms only. Teams bring your own water jugs/ice. • All fans will enter through the same entrance, use the same restrooms, and limited concessions will be available. We ask you use proper social distancing. Anyone not listed as a member of the team may be required/encouraged to wear a mask, depending on the current risk level or each school participating. • Restricted seating may be enforced as per Directed Health Measure. • Each school will have your own locker room to use, except for softball, girls golf, & cross country. Coaches/Sponsors are responsible for students maintaining social distancing in locker room areas. • Family groups are to be seated together. • Student sections is OHS students currently enrolled in grades 7-12. Students in grades Pre K-6 should sit with their parents. • Opposing bench personnel are strongly encouraged to wear a mask. This includes coaches, players not in the game, student managers, statisticians, filmers, and media. • We will follow all NSAA sport specific COVID-19 modifications. • Most home games will be broadcasted by our Eagle Eye Broadcast team www.EagleEyeBroadcasting.com You can check their broadcast calendar at http://www.eagleeyebroadcasting.com/services.html . Volleyball Specific • Teams will not switch benches between sets • There will be a designated area in the bleachers for masks and no masks. Please sit in your preferred location, do not go to the other section, and maintain proper social distancing. • Locker rooms will be disinfected prior to your arrival. • Concessions will be provided • Each team bench will have a marked off space that no fans will be allowed to be in. • All elementary aged students are expected to sit with their parents/guardians. They will not be allowed to be in the hallways except when going to the restroom or concessions. • No crock pots or meals will be allowed to be served to the players. They may have a grab and go type meal that they can eat on their bus. • No fans will be allowed inside the basketball court following a game. We ask that everyone leave the facility as soon as the final game is done.
