The EV Homecoming Dance scheduled for Friday night, August 28, will begin at 9:00 pm with doors opening for EV students at 8:45 pm. Due to school safety guidelines, parents will NOT be allowed to enter the school to take pictures. Thanks for your cooperation with this.

A few changes for fans at the Jamboree in Laurel tonight:
All fans are required to wear a mask while in the restrooms and concessions areas. Fans going to the concession stand should enter the South door and exit the north door. Student sections are allowed. Students in the student section must wear a mask and leave one row empty between rows.

Thursday, Aug. 27th JV and Varsity Volleyball triangular vs West Holt & Summerland starting at 5:00. Game 1: West Holt vs EV Game 2: Summerland vs West Holt Game 3: EV vs Summerland JV games will follow the same schedule as Varsity. Good luck ladies!!

We will be having an 11:30 dismissal this Friday, Aug. 28th for Homecoming. No lunch will be served.
Coronation will begin at 10:00 in the 1987 gym for JH and HS students with the parade following immediately afterwards.

Welcome Back To School!! Let’s make it a great year!!
1. Just a reminder that we are using a 1:30 early dismissal schedule today!!
2. Macbooks will be passed out to students in grades 7-12 tomorrow (Friday). Students wanting to take their Macbook home will need to bring their $50 fee before they’ll be able to do so.
3. HS dance team will have practice on Tuesday morning at 7:15. JH dance team will have practice on Wednesday morning at 7:15.
4. The high school volleyball team will be selling Elkhorn Valley apparel from Aug 3-Aug 21. Most of the clothing items will have a VB design on them, but not all. If you are interested in getting an order from, please contact a volleyball player or coach, or forms are available in the school office. All forms are due back by 9 am on Aug 21.

All school Open House tonight, Aug. 12th, 5:00-6:30!! Elementary are encouraged to bring their supplies so they’re ready for school tomorrow. See you tonight!

Reminder: HS students in a fall sport, you will need to have your physical (9th, new to EV or anyone that did not participate in a sport last year), med 'card', student-parent handbook and NSAA forms in ASAP. Students will NOT be able to practice until ALL forms are turned in.

9-12 Class Schedules
9-12 grade students, please check your class schedules on PowerSchool. If you need to changes or complete your schedule, please stop in before 3 p.m. on Friday or Monday 10:30-Noon or after 1 p.m. If those times don't work please email Mrs. Novicki.

HS fall sports meeting will be Monday, Aug. 3rd at 7:30 in the gym. Papers have been sent home for you to sign and return on this date.

Physicals: All incoming 7th and 9th grade students along with any new students or students planning on participating in any sports activity that did not turn a physical in last year will need to get this done and turned in before the student can practice. Grades 8, 10, 11, and 12 are exempt this school year (2020-21) only due to COVID-19.
