Due to Madison closing school due to the weather, there will be no JH girls basketball today. 

1. Congratulations to the following boys for receiving All-District football honors:  Carter Werner, Mavrick Hagemann and Kellyn Ollendick.  Receiving All District Honorable Mention honors are:  Layton Meyer, Nate Decker and Korbin Werner.

2.  Congratulations to the following for receiving Outstanding Performance Awards at the District One Act competition yesterday:  Kody Qualset, Daniel Chvala, Madison Parker, Emma Qualset, Katie Warneke and Skyler Tegeler.

3.  Mr. Meyer will have a meeting this Thursday after school in his classroom for all junior high boys interested in going out for basketball this season.  The meeting is mandatory, so if you cannot attend you must let him know ahead of time.  

4.  Congratulations to Mrs. Eymann’s 6th grade class as they have won our first Fastest Class challenge for the 22-23 school year!  These 6th graders accumulated the most laps/person in 5:00.  They ran 194 laps, which means their average was 11.41 laps. Keep it up!!  

5.  Attention students:  Food and beverages are not to be taken from the lunchroom to the classroom.  Please finish eating or drinking while in the Commons.

6.  There will be an Elementary Century Club meeting after school tomorrow.

7.  The high school band will be sponsoring a supper fundraiser on Friday during the basketball games vs. Neligh-Oakdale.  

The elementary dancers will be performing during halftime of the boy’s game!!  Come cheer on the Falcons, have a great supper and watch the little girls perform!!
