1. Congratulations to the Lady Falcons varsity volleyball team as they were champions of the Tekamah-Herman VB Invitational on Saturday! The Lady Falcons went 3-0 sweeping the competition!
2. Results from O’Neill Invite (this is a Class C meet) - The Varsity Girls’ team placed 3rd just 2 points from tying for runner-up. Marissa Bennet placed 7th, Joslynn Larson placed 8th, Teegan Hasebroock placed 11th and Katie Warneke placed 19th. Varsity Boys: Waylon Warneke placed 5th and Owen Vondra placed 16th. Junior high girls: Ashley Schutt placed 16th and Junior high boys: Tristan Mcleod placed 3rd, Abe Johnsen placed 5th, Logan Black placed 6th, Landon Rutjens placed 9th , Evan Decker placed 19th and the junior boys team placed 1st!!!
3. The Scholastics Book Fair begins this week in the school library! New to the book fair this year is a 7% sales tax will be collected on the sale of the books.
4. Parent Teacher Conferences are this Thursday from 4-8:00 and again on Friday morning from 8 to noon. Elementary scheduled conference time notices will be sent home with students today. JH and HS parents attend conferences in an Open House setting with no specific conference times scheduled.
5. Picture orders should be placed online by Monday, September 26. Late orders will be assessed a $10 late fee. Picture retake day is being rescheduled for Tuesday, September 27.
