In February, the Century Club was awarded a $1000 grant through the Youth Philanthropy Council in Norfolk. Their project, Books and Babies, was one of seven projects that received funding. The Century Club used the funds to purchase 200 board books to give to each newborn baby born at Faith Regional. Included in the bag with the book were congratulatory cards written by the students and a list of ten reasons to read aloud to babies. The packages were put together this week and delivered to Faith Regional on Wednesday.
