1. Congratulations to the following for placing at the district speech meet last Friday. OID of Walter Furstenau, Sibley Mollhoff, Mariah Hansen, Carleigh Greene and Carney Black - 5th place. Erica Brown - 5th place informative. Mariah Hansen is the District Runner up in serious prose and Walter Furstenau is the District Champion in extemporaneous. Mariah and Walter will represent our school next Thursday at the state speech meet! Great job to the entire speech team on a very successful season!
2. Due to the state basketball game in Lincoln, there will be NO SCHOOL tomorrow, March 8. Spring Break is still scheduled for Wednesday through Friday, March 9-11.
3. Prom t-shirts and meals are $30 for those students who are not EVS juniors, seniors or servers. Staff who are attending prom need to pay $15 per plate for the meal. Checks can be made payable to EVS and can be given to Mrs. Amend.
4. Out of town date forms for Prom can be picked up from the office. The deadline to have the forms submitted for approval is Wednesday, March 23.
