Good luck to Erica Brown as she competes today at the Girls’ State Golf Tournament in Columbus!!
1. Niobrara Verdigre Conference Cross Country results: HS boys were NVC Champs as all 5 varsity runners medaled: Waylon Warneke placed 3rd, Isaiah Eckert placed 5th, Owen Vondra placed 8th, Isaac Eckert, placed 12th and Nate Halsey placed 13th. Easton Rystrom placed 19th. For the HS girls, medalist: Marissa Bennett placed 3rd and Erica Bacon placed 14th. Junior high boys: medalist: Tristan Mcleod placed 4th, Evan Decker 8th and Landon Rutjens placed 10th.
2. The football game vs. Plainview is going to begin at 3:00 on Friday, October 15, not 7:00!!
3. Mrs. Gale is with some band and choir students as they are attending the Hawkfest Honor Band and Choir event at NECC today!!
4. There will be a FCCLA meeting tonight at 7:00 pm in Mrs. Knust’s room.
5. Just a reminder that the school nurse will be doing the SPOT eye exam screening tomorrow for ALL students.
