1. Congratulations to the following seniors for being selected as Homecoming queen and king candidates this year: Queen candidates are Kamryn Kallhoff, Mazzy Kuchar, Emerson Penne, Cameron Rutjens and Autumn Smith. King candidates are Logan Black, Evan Decker, Landon Meyer, Jack Qualset, and Max Schaffer. The kindergarten escorts are Jency Qualset and Jaxson Hart.
2. The Jamboree Varsity Volleyball vs Wayne will be held tonight at 6:00 pm. All fans (including students) must pay admission ($5 students - $6 adults). All proceeds will go to the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame Foundation.
3. School pictures will be on Tuesday, August 25!! Students who need a duplicate set of picture proofs will need to make sure they get a form from the school office to hand to the photographer.
4. The EV Falcon Sports Drink Scrimmage will be held tomorrow, August 21, with the volleyball scrimmage beginning at 5:00 and the football scrimmage beginning at 6:30. Come watch our EV Falcons start their seasons and bring a sports drink as your admission. GO BIG GREEN!!
5. Just a reminder that the JH will be taking button pins tomorrow, August 21, during 8th period with Cory Loomis. Please make sure all 7th & 8th grades students wear an EV green t-shirt or plain green t-shirt along with black shorts/pants and tennis shoes. This will be the only time JH students will be able to order button pins for the year.
