Good luck to the track athletes and coaches as they compete at the District meet at Atkinson West Holt today!! Just a reminder that the start time for the meet has been moved to 1:00 due to the windy conditions.
1. Congratulations to Harper Braband, Ariana Roepke, Dahlia Schroeder, Ryker Burns and Abner Siems for celebrating with a Hall Walk this morning. They are now INDEPENDENT READERS!!!
2. There will be an FCCLA meeting tomorrow at 2:30 in Mrs. Knust’s room for anyone in grades 8-11 who is interested in joining. If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs. Knust.
3. There will be a boys’ basketball meeting after school tomorrow in the library.
4. There will be a volleyball meeting on Monday, May 18, during AC for girls going out for high school volleyball next year. We will meet in the library.
5. Just a reminder that the Elementary Fun Day is scheduled for tomorrow at Horseshoe Bend Park. Grades K-2 will enjoy their games and activities from 9:00 to 11:00 followed by a hotdog picnic. Grades 3 through 6 will join the K-2 students for lunch and then have their fun in the afternoon from 12:00 to 2:00.
6. Parents are encouraged to watch their child’s lunch account balance and be sure that there is not a negative balance as the phone call reminders will continue throughout the summer. ; )
