1. Congratulations to the Student Council members for the 2026-2027 school year: President - Cameron Rutjens; Vice President - Landon Rutjens; Secretary - Evan Decker; Treasurer - Emerson Penne; 12th grade Reps - Kale Hasebroock and Autumn Smith; 11th grade Reps - Abe Johnsen and Chases Schwartz; 10th grade Reps - Davis Rutjens and Olivia Werner; 9th grade Reps - Hank Johnsen and Andrew Rutjens; 8th grade Reps - Bailey Malanco and Sunny Tegeler; the 7th grade Reps are to be voted on later.
2. There will be a HS football meeting for those interested in going out for football next year today during AC. Please meet in the library but check in with your AC teacher first. This is for students currently in grades 8-11.
3. There will be a boys’ basketball meeting after school on Friday in the library.
4. There will be an Elementary Hall Walk tomorrow morning immediately following the morning announcements!
5. The 5th graders are going on their field trip to the Stuhr Museum today.
6. Just a reminder that the Elementary Fun Day is scheduled for this Friday, May 15, at Horseshoe Bend Park. Grades K-2 will enjoy their games and activities from 9:00 to 11:00 followed by a picnic. Grades 3 through 6 will join the K-2 students for lunch and then have their fun in the afternoon from 12:00 to 2:00.
7. Parents are encouraged to watch their child’s lunch account balance and be sure that there is not a negative balance as the phone call reminders will continue throughout the summer. ; )
