1. It is School Counseling Week at EV Elementary and Mrs. Cornett is celebrating in BEACH STYLE. The theme for today is Sunny Smiles Day so students are wearing yellow or something sunny to brighten everyone’s day!! Tomorrow’s theme is Surfin’ Into Success so the students should wear something from their favorite college or sports team!
2. Need a sweet treat for your special someone this Valentine's Day..... a reminder that the BMW Dance Team will be selling Candy Grams today through Thursday before and after school by Mrs. Knust's room.
3. The Lady Falcons continue with the GNAC basketball tournament action with a HOME game on tomorrow vs. Laurel-Concord-Coleridge. The game is scheduled to begin at 6:00 with a second game to be played at EV at 7:30 between West Holt and Hartington-Newcastle. And congrats to the boys on their win last night. The Falcons will play on Friday night at 7:30 vs. West Holt. This game will be played at Summerland High School.
4. Spring Picture Day is scheduled for Tuesday, February 11. A flyer is being sent home with elementary students. JH /HS students should stop into the office to pick up a flyer if they are planning on having their picture taken. Duplicate sets of picture proofs must be requested by completing the back side of the flyer and returning it to school. All students getting their picture taken must sign up in the office by Monday, February 10.
