1. Students: Today is the JH Choral Clinic. There will be about 325 students here from 15 different schools. PLEASE lock your lockers and take home all belongings in the locker rooms as ALL locker rooms will be used that day. Thank you!
2. Congratulations to Oliver Burns, Luke Mozer, Kelby Taake and Mason Wright for becoming Independent Readers!! The 1st graders celebrated being Independent Readers today during a Hall Walk.
3. Good luck to the Falcon football team and coaches as they compete in the 2nd round of state football playoffs tomorrow night in Plainview. It will be the Falcons vs. the Pirates with a 7:00 kickoff time! GO BIG GREEN!!
4. EVS elementary students will be celebrating RED RIBBON WEEK this week and Monday and Tuesday of next week. Today’s theme is Crazy Hair Day! Monday’s theme is Too Cool for Drugs! Mrs. Cornett has a fun surprise for the students!! ; )
5. The EV Wrestling apparel store is open for business in hopes of having items back by late November! The order will close on Thursday, November 2nd, at 6 pm. For those families with Club kids, we will again provide a short sleeve shirt with their name on it, so DO NOT add that to your personal order. We will have you register your child and enter their t-shirt size, etc, then. FYI, we will open the order again in late November for Club families to order, so you'll have another opportunity to order if you need it. EV Wrestling 2023-2024
6. Donkey basketball is coming to EV Nov 18 at 7:00 pm. Come watch some local celebrities play basketball while riding donkeys. It will be a great time. Advance tickets to go on sale after the first of November. This is a Post Prom fundraiser.
